Next Level Leadership is a part of the North American Mission Board and its goal is to assist churches and their members in discovering the giftedness of its members. 3. Serve Weekly at Church- The church rely's on its members to be the body of Christ and each do their part. By serving each week, we have the blessing of blessing others with the Love of God.

4. Stay Aware-Opportunites to serve others with God's love are everywhere. Many times we miss them because we do not constantly look for opportunities as they arise in our daily interactions with others.

5. Meet Others Greatest Need- While meeting others needs practically, we must always stay aware that Jesus Christ is their greatest need. Sharing Christ with others and then helping them progress through the three step process is our ultimate goal.
